Alcohol Regulation:

Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated persons.  You must be 21 years of age and have proper identification.

 

Birthday Parties:

Available for youngsters and adults, the Edinburg Roadrunners have great formats that will take the planning worries away, allowing you to join your guest and enjoy. For more information contact the front office at (956) 380-4446.

 

Bottles, Outside Food, Cans and Coolers:

United League Baseball rules prohibits fans from bringing any bottles, cans & coolers, or outside food into the Edinburg Baseball Stadium.

 

Conduct:

Patrons using foul or abusive language or appearing in an intoxicated state will be ejected from the stadium. Fans that enter the playing field or interfere with play of the game in any matter will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to arrest.

 

Credit Cards:

MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and Visa cards are accepted for souvenir sales and ticket sales.

 

Emergencies:
All stadium personnel are trained to take care of emergencies in a prompt and efficient manner.  Medical emergencies should be directed to security personnel, front office or stadium employees.

 

Fan Mail:

Fans who wish to write to the Edinburg Roadrunners players, coaches or front office personnel should send it to Edinburg Roadrunners 920 North Sugar Road Edinburg, TX 78541.

 

Field Access:

Only people with authorized field passes are allowed onto the playing surface.

 

Foul Balls:

Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a ball be thrown back into the field of play.  Foul balls are dangerous and fans should remain alert to on-field activities at all times.

 

Gates Open:

Gates open one hour prior to game time.  Guests are encouraged to come early and watch warm-ups, infield practice and pre-game ceremonies.

 

Gift Shop:

The Edinburg Roadrunners gift shop is located through the double doors to the left of the main gate and opens when the stadium gates open. During non-game hours please come to the Edinburg Roadrunners front office for gift shop requests.

 

Group Sales:

Special discounts are available for groups of 20 or more.  For more information call the front office at (956) 380-4446.

 

Handicap Seating:

All areas of the concourse and suite level are ADA compliant with wheel chair ramps located on the first and third base concourses.

 

Lost Children:

All stadium personnel can assist with lost children.

 

Parking:

Parking in the preferred lot adjacent to Edinburg Baseball Stadium is $3.00. Lots across the street from the ballpark are $2.00. The Edinburg Roadrunners assume no liability for any vehicle parked in the stadium parking lots, including but not limited to damage from thrown or batted balls. 

 

Picnics:

Pre-game picnics are available to groups for 20 or more.

 

Pre-Game Entertainment:

To inquire about providing entertainment, singing the national anthem or performing during breaks please call the front office at (956) 380-4446.

 

Restrooms:

There are restrooms available on the main concourse for men and women on the first and third base side. Please advise the nearest usher if the restrooms need attention.

Appearances by Edinburg Roadrunners players or front office personnel can be arranged by contacting the front office at (956) 380-4446.
